Important Note: By submitting these bids you are agreeing to the following:

  1. Neither Auctions Neapolitan, its agents, employees, heirs, representatives or assistants will be liable or held responsible for failure to execute a Telephone bid(s) for any reason whatsoever.
  2. Absentee bid requests must be received at least 1 (one) hour prior to the start of the auction and all bids are made in US dollars.
  3. The maximum bids submitted below do not include Buyer's Premium.
  4. Absentee bids must be at least one half (1/2) of the low estimated selling for that lot.
  5. Absentee bids are relayed to the auctioneer incrementally. Therefore, it is possible that your successful bid will be below your maximum.
  6. The invoice total or purchase price will be the aggregate (total) of the final bid plus buyer's premium together with any penalties, surcharges, late fees and sales or use tax due.
  7. An Auctions Neapolitan representative will contact winning bidders via telephone to confirm winning bids and assist buyers with payment and shipping information. These calls are usually placed within 48 hours of the close of the auction.
  8. All absentee bids are subject to Auctions Neapolitans Terms & Conditions of Sale.
  9. A 25% deposit may be required for implementation of absentee bids.
  10. We reserve the right to refuse to register and/or accept bids from any person, at any time, for any reason and without explanation.
  11. Accepted forms of payment for deposits and invoice totals are: Pay Pal, US Postal Money Order, Bank Wire Transfers and Checks with prior approval, and Cash or Charge cards when presented in person.
  12. Full payment is due within 10 days of the auction date.
  13. Purchased items shall be removed by buyer within 10 business days of payment.
  14. A late fee of $10.00 per month plus finance charges of 2% per month will be applied to any invoice not paid within 10 business days of a successful bid. Storage fees of $5.00 per item, per day, will be assessed for any item not paid for and removed within 20 business days of a successful bid.
  15. Dealers from states other than Florida who are purchasing for resale must complete the following:
