Credit Information Form
The following Credit Information Form is required to be on file for all Absentee and Telephone bids unless you have been previously approved.
To apply for credit, Click Here to generate a Printer Friendly Page, (see instructions below) fill out the form completely, sign it and deliver or Fax this form to Auctions Neapolitan. Our Fax number is (239) 262-1411. An Auctions Neapolitan representative will contact you to confirm your information. Incomplete forms will not be acknowledged.
Credit Card Payments: Complete only the relevant credit card information. The bank checking information is not necessary.
Check payments: If you do not have prior approval to pay with checks, please complete both the check information and credit card information sections. (The check information will be used to confirm that you are a member in good standing with your bank. The credit card information will be used only if your check is not submitted within 10 days of a successful bid or if the check is dishonored by a bank for any reason. There will be a $50.00 charge added for any returned check.)
The information supplied will be kept on file for this auction and will be matched with any telephone bids, absentee bids, deposits and check payments for successful auction bids.
